Steven Reimer graduated from Santa Clara University magna cum laude with a bachelors in mechanical engineering (2023). He is now continuing his education at Santa Clara, pursuing a masters degree in mechanical engineering with an emphasis in mechatronic systems.

Steven has worked in the Santa Clara University Robotics System Laboratory for over three years working on marine robotics projects and has also worked at Apple as a Prototype Design Intern. Steven now works as a teaching assistant in the SCU machine shop as well as a research assistant working on a low-cost, powered, prosthetic hand which will be used to help amputees through a non-profit based out of Jaipur, India.
